I’ve always been into fitness however, competing in athletics at a county level got me hooked. That passion led me to spend six years training clients at a top national gym chain, helping people transform their bodies and build serious confidence.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, looking to level up your training, or even prepping for a bodybuilding competition, I’ve got you covered.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me playing my keyboard (badly) or getting way too competitive in Mario Kart. But whether I’m in the gym or gaming, one thing stays the same... ​

LEVEL 3 - PERSONAL TRAINER

The industry standard for top-level PTs, allowing me to create tailored training plans, coach correct technique, and help clients hit their goals safely and effectively.

LEVEL 2 - GYM INSTRUCTOR

The foundation of fitness coaching, covering gym safety, exercise fundamentals, and helping beginners get comfortable and confident in the gym.

COACHING PHYSIQUE ATHLETES - PTC

A specialist qualification focused on training bodybuilders for competition, covering muscle growth, peak week planning, and physique-specific nutrition. While I don’t currently coach clients all the way to stage, I apply these evidence-based principles to help clients at all levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters, train with more structure, precision, and purpose.

RP NUTRITION COACH

A deep dive into evidence-based nutrition coaching, ensuring you get the right fuel for your goals - whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or performance enhancement.

NATIONAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING ASSOCIATION (NSCA) COURSE

Advanced programming for building muscle and strength, using research-backed methods to get the most out of every rep, set, and session.
